Muscat -

The Crowne Plaza Muscat has opened its doors once again after renovation. The hotel was closed for over three months this summer.

Gulf Hotels (Oman), which owns Crowne Plaza Muscat, stated in a filing to Muscat Securities Market that it reopened the hotel on September 1. “We have the pleasure informing you of the reopening of Crowne Plaza Muscat on September 1, 2018 after completion of renovation of the porte cochére, reception area, extended food and beverage terrace and the new infinity swimming pool,” stated the company.

“The work related to the all day dining restaurant and the Edge restaurant are on-going and are scheduled to be ready and operational in October,” it said adding that it would provide further updates on the renovation in due course.
