Muscat Daily  yesterday covered the story of a nine year old Scottish schoolgirl, who thought that her school dinners would make an interesting subject for others, so decided to write about them on her blog ‘NeverSeconds’. 

Muscat Daily, on Saturday June 9, carried an article entitled 'Why does the UK love the monarchy?' The same day, I was at a meeting with someone who had taken his family to wave their flags outside Buckingham Palace and to witness Queen Elizabeth II and her family on the famous balcony.

 “Good morning, my name is Henrique, the same name as the first King of Portugal,” greeted my driver for the day. Henrique picked me up from my hotel in Porto and our destination was Guimaraes, a city some 50km inland, commonly known as the birth place of Portugal. This is due fact that the first king, Afonso Henrique, rose to power there in 1128.

 Madonna sings that:

The Olympic torch has touched down in Cornwall and is now making its way to the start of the Games in just a couple of months in London.
